HAFNIUM OXIDE CAS:12055-23-1 Product Instruction
Product name:HAFNIUM OXIDE
CAS: 12055-23-1
MF: HfO2
MW: 210.49
Appearance:White crystalline powder.
HAFNIUM OXIDE Characteristic:
The hafnium oxide is continuously heated to 450~480 ℃, and it begins to be converted into a monoclinic crystal. When it continues to be heated to 1000~1650 ℃, the lattice constant gradually increases, and it is converted into a monomer of 4 hafnium oxide molecules. When the temperature is 1700~1865 ℃, it begins to transform into the tetragonal system.
