MONOLAURIN is an internationally advanced food emulsifying preservative, naturally occurring in breast milk, and is an internationally recognized excellent food emulsifier, as well as a safe, efficient and broad-spectrum bacteriostatin.LD50 > 10g/kg is a non-toxic food additive Glycerol Monolaurate(GML), also known as Glycerol Monolaurate(GML) MONOLAURIN is synthesized by direct esterification of lauric acid and glycerin, and its appearance is generally scaly or oily, white or light yellow fine-grained crystals Glyceryl monolurate can be dissolved in a small amount of edible ethanol and added to food, or first stir and disperse Glyceryl monolurate in hot water at 70 ~ 90℃, and then add to food ingredients.The recommended dosage is 0.05-1.0 g/kg.
