Sodium erythorbate Characteristic:
It decomposes above the melting point of 200°C, and is quite stable when exposed to air in a dry state. But in the aqueous solution, when there is air, metal, heat, light, oxidation occurs, it is easily soluble in water 55g/100ml, almost insoluble in ethanol, the pH value of 2% aqueous solution is 6.5-8.0.

3.The dosage for meat products is 0.5~1.0/kg
