Applications
1.Rubber Processing: Acts as an effective mold release agent, processing lubricant and softener in rubber compounding, reducing sticking and improving demolding efficiency and surface finish of finished rubber goods.
2.Plastics & PVC: Serves as a processing lubricant and heat stabilizer co-agent in PVC, polyolefin and polystyrene processing, improving melt flow, mold release and surface quality of extruded and molded articles.
3.Coatings & Paints: Used in sanding sealers and primers as a sandability aid and flatting agent, and as an anti-settling and pigment-dispersion aid, improving grindability and film surface quality in wood and industrial coatings.
4.Powder Metallurgy: Acts as a die-wall and powder lubricant in metal powder compaction, reducing friction and improving green density and ejection performance of sintered parts.
5.Polyurethane & Polyester Processing: Used as a mold release agent in PU foam and polyester processing, enabling clean demolding with improved surface quality.
